Our company offers a full complement of leadership development, in-person services, and virtual training options. Our company has a vast amount of international working experience in Canada, and various locations in the Middle East, and in Eastern Africa. ‘We offer a signature approach that recognizes ‘real lived’ leadership experiences, while delivering practical approaches that may not be text-book specific.’
Our team is highly skilled at designing online training courses, facilitating executive coaching, and management skills training. We offer team-building, group coaching, and individual learning programs and activities.
We focus on integrating strategies that will lessen the liability to organizations, while building robust learning outcomes that support healthy working environments.
Our signature podcast series ‘Lead Your Development’ is broadcast on Spotify, offering short, relevant, and concentrated topics that will support your leadership journey. In addition, we have extended our knowledge platforms to include our ‘Sandaraella Leadership Training’ animated series that are posted on our YouTube Channel.
